专利摘要:
1499424 Fan intake silencers TATRA NARODNI PODNIK 22 May 1975 [12 July 1974] 22338/75 Heading FIB The intake duct 1 of a cooling fan 4 for an I.C. engine has a lining 9 of sound absorbing material and is curved so that a line joining the edge 7 of the mouth of the duct to a point 6 on the periphery of the fan housing, is tangential to the inner surface 5 of the opposite wall of the duct. In a first modification, Fig. 2 the duct is bifurcated and each branch is curved. In a second modification, Fig. 3 (not shown), guide vanes (19, 20, 21, 22) are provided in the duct and extend from wall to wall. The leading and trailing edges of adjacent vanes are tangential to lines drawn from a point on the periphery of the housing and passing out through the mouth of the duct. In a third modification, Fig. 5 (not shown) the duct is barrel-shaped as seen in one plane including the axis of the fan and includes curved plates (39, 40, 42, 43) lined with soundabsorbing material and a central member (41). Lines joining the upstream and downstream edges of the curved plates are tangential to the surface of the adjacent member.

(54) FAN NOISE MUSTER
one
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to engine-building, and more particularly to engine noise silencers in air-cooled engines.
A fan silencer is known, in particular for an air-cooled internal combustion engine, which contains at least one curved channel with inlet and outlet openings, the cross section of the inlet channel opening is greater than or equal to the flow section of the fan, and the channel walls are provided with sound absorbing coating one .
)
However, in the well-known silencer, the channels create a large back pressure.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the back pressure in the silencer.
This goal is achieved in that the channel is designed in such a way that at least one straight line can be drawn through the inlet and the outlet and touches the inner surface of the sound-absorbing coating, and the set of all other lines passing through the inlet and outlet will cross it.
In addition, the channel can be made branched into two parts, in the channel
a sound-absorbing element is installed, the axis of which is located in a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the channel.
The channel has several sound-absorbing elements of a drop-shaped form, one above the other.
Moreover, several sound-absorbing elements are installed in the channel, which are located symmetrically with the channel axis.
FIG. 1 shows a muffler, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - a silencer with drop-shaped sound-absorbing elements; in fig. 3 - a silencer with elements located symmetrically to the axis 15 of the channel; in fig. 4 - silencer, branched into two parts.
The fan silencer contains at least one curved channel 1 with inlet and outlet ports 2 and 3, with the cross section of the inlet 2 of channel 1 greater than or equal to the flow section of the fan 4, and the walls of channel 1 are provided with sound-absorbing coating 5. Bend channel 1 is designed in such a way that through the inlet and outlet
at least one straight line can be drawn that touches the inner surface of the sound-absorbing coating 5, and a plurality of all other lines that pass through the inlet and the outlet orifice intersect it.
In channel 1, a sound-absorbing element 6 is installed, the axis of which is located in a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of channel 1 (Fig. 3).
In addition, in channel 1 there are several sound-absorbing elements 6 of drop-shaped form, arranged one above the other (Fig. 2).
In channel 1, several sound-absorbing elements 6 can also be installed, located symmetrically to the axis of the k-anal 1 (Fig. 3).
During operation, an acoustic wave is absorbed from the fan 4 when it strikes the curved walls of the channel 1 with a sound-absorbing coating 5 and the sound-absorbing element 6.
